• The rein aid pressure that is exerted on the tongue-edges and the lower jaw is more intense compared to normal single jointed bits
• For horses that are unresponsive to normal double or single jointed bits and that are strong in the contact
• For horses that tend to lean on the bit
• Allows direct pressure transmission on the tongue and lower jaw due to the fixed mouthpiece
• Lies steady in the horse's mouth, gentle on the corners of the mouth
• The lateral contact helps horses that tend to fall out whilst riding or approaching an obstacle
